This web site is put together by a fan of RRG. However, its original purpose was a bit more than that.

After producing the album "25", RRG seemed to disappear. Searches for them on the web only produced hits of people either selling their music, or other people also searching for them and coming up empty. As a means of finding them, the web site redredgroovy.com was put together, on the presumption that some day they would say, "Hey, I wonder what happens if I try to go to that URL...".

It worked. Brett Edgar, the creator of RRG, came across "The Hunt For Red Red Groovy", and it was not long before we decided to use this web site as a means for him to disseminate new material, talk with his fans, and so forth.

So the web site is maintained by me, though in consultation with Brett. Since this is dedicated to his work, it should take a form that he feels is useful towards continuing his project. So if you have any additions to the site, send them to me, but note that there may be a veto depending on the content (not at all likely, since Brett just wants people to hear his work and is ecstatic that there are folks who are interested in it, but it's important for anyone sending new content to be aware of the disclaimer.)

Also, although I don't think I did too terrible a job, I'm really not a web designer. If anyone else wants to come up with something that's prettier be my guest.

Finally, this site and its domain name and mailing list are all hosted at pair Networks, my place of employment. While I don't want to turn this into an advertisement, if you like the download speeds, consider giving us a try. :-)

Sincerely,
