This section will be left to Brett to really give the good story, but
for since people will probably want at least a summary, here it is.
Red Red Groovy was a creation of Brett Edgar. The initial
tracks for "25" were produced, and got
enough attention that Brett quickly had to assemble a "band", and produce a
full album.
"25" got strong reviews, and a remix
for "Another Kind Of Find" made it to #9 on Billboard's dance charts. RRG
began to be touted as the next big thing in music, at a time when the
electronica revolution of the early 90's was just kicking in.
But trouble then struck. Continuum Records, RRG's record label,
folded soon after, while Brett was busy producing more material. Brett soon
had music that he could not legally release, and RRG has been in
hybernation ever since.
The members of RRG have gone in different directions since then, but the
architect of the group still remains, and it is possible that the future
holds more for this amazing act.
